Tips:
1. Sugar can be put or left, according to personal taste;
2 Put a small amount of salt into the egg liquid and mix well;
3 The frying time should not be too long;
4 If the egg liquid cannot be coated, a layer of starch can be coated before the egg liquid (some sugar can be added at the same time);
It is recommended that the slices can be a little thicker, mine is too thin, it is a little time-consuming, and the remaining egg liquid can be used for omelette (no waste)!
