Loofah Pork Bone Soup

Soak the pork bones in clean water and wash them.

Add more water to the pot under cold water.

Peel the loofah and cut into pieces.

Add a little cooking wine to the dried shrimp, soak and wash.

Knotted green onions and sliced ginger.

When the pot is about to boil, remove the froth in the bone broth. Then add ginger and green onions.

Simmer on low heat for about half an hour, then add the loofah soup.

Tips:
1. If the pork bones are poured into the pot with cold water, it is suitable to add more, just remove the foam.
2. Soak dried shrimps with cooking wine to get rid of fishy.
