Loofah Shrimp
1.
Prepare ingredients, prawns and loofah.
2.
Shell the prawns and retain the tails, and pick out the shrimp threads for later use.
3.
Cut the prawns from the back, and pass the tail through the middle to form a prawn ball! Make a backup one by one.
4.
Peel the loofah and set aside.
5.
Cut into sections, hollow out and sprinkle with a little salt.
6.
Place the plate, add the shrimp balls and drizzle the cooking wine.
7.
Put the lid on the pot, boil and steam for ten minutes.
8.
Pour the excess water from the steaming process into the pot, add two teaspoons of steamed fish soy sauce, and bring half a teaspoon of oil to boil! Use a little cornstarch to adjust the water to less thicken.
9.
Just pour the adjusted juice on the shrimp meat.
10.
Finished product.
