Dictyophora is a valuable edible fungus, historically listed as a "court tribute", in modern times as a famous national banquet, but also a good food therapy, it is rich in nutrients, and has a health care effect on high blood pressure, neurasthenia, gastrointestinal diseases and so on. It also has a special antiseptic function. In summer, the dishes and meat cooked with bamboo fungus will not be rancid for many days. Last time I went out to eat mushrooms, I found that bamboo fungus was very expensive. A small dish cost 50 yuan. When we buy it at the market, the better bamboo fungus is only 35 yuan per tael. In fact, do it yourself, it's more affordable! Generally, bamboo fungus is paired with loofah or bitter gourd, and then paired with some lean meat, rolled raw, the taste is good, light and refreshing. Our family likes to eat.
