Loofah Soup

Put the right amount of water in the small soup pot and cool the balls in the pot (because they are taken out of the freezer).

Peel the loofah, wash and cut into hob blocks.

When the water in the pot is boiled, put the ginger slices and the carrot shreds (the garnish is more beautiful) and cook until the balls float.

Put the loofah on high heat and cook for 3 minutes.
