Loofah Soy
1.
Peel the loofah and cut into long strips, soak in light salt water.
2.
Heat oil in a pot, add dried red pepper and sauté.
3.
Add the loofah sticks and stir fry.
4.
Add the marinated soybeans.
5.
Stir-fry with salt, add chicken essence and season out.
Tips:
1. The loofah will not change color if it is soaked in light salt water
