Loofah Steamed Egg

Peel the loofah and cut into 4 cm pieces, and dig out two thirds of the meat.

Beat the eggs into a bowl, add a small amount of wet starch, a small amount of pepper, a small amount of warm water, salt and mix thoroughly.

Pour the egg liquid into the loofah, and steam for 13 minutes after the steamer boils.

Take out and drizzle with gorgon juice and sesame oil, and serve.
