Loofah Stewed Tofu

Peel the loofah and cut into pieces with a hob, crush the garlic and chop finely

North tofu cut into small pieces

Put oil in the pan, add minced garlic and stir fragrant, add loofah and stir fry

When the loofah is stir-fried and softened, add the broth (if you like lighter, add water), add the tofu, add some salt and simmer for 10 minutes

Drizzle a little sesame oil and cooking wine, stir fry evenly out of the pot.
