Loofah Stir-fried Sausage
1.
Let's deal with the loofah first. First cut the loofah into sections, cut it vertically, cut off the skin, and then rotate the slices to lower the skin of the loofah. We only use loofah flesh for this dish, and the loofah skin is used for other purposes.
2.
The whole peeled loofah flesh, this is the amount of one loofah.
3.
At the same time prepare three sausages and some garlic.
4.
Cut the peeled loofah and sausage into hob pieces, and cut the garlic into mince.
5.
Heat up the wok, add a little bit of blending oil, heat up and add half of the minced garlic to explode the aroma.
6.
Put the cut loofah and sausage into the pot and stir fry at the same time, the loofah will become soft quickly. The loofah is easy to fry, and the sausage is also cooked. This process does not take too long, about half a minute is enough.
7.
After the loofah is softened, add a spoonful of oyster sauce to taste. Oyster sauce is a complex seasoning. If you add oyster sauce, no other seasoning is needed.
8.
Finally, after all the stir-fry is evenly flavored, you can turn off the heat at this time. After turning off the heat, add the remaining half of the minced garlic. Use the remaining temperature to fry the minced garlic. This will stimulate the aroma of the dish most good to eat.
9.
Continue to stir fry evenly.
Tips:
1. Only seasoning with oyster sauce is enough, no other seasoning is needed.
2. This dish only uses garlic to blast the pot, and it goes well with loofah.
3. Loofah is easy to be cooked, so it is enough to stir-fry for 1 minute on high heat. The loofah is ripe but there is no soup, and it tastes most delicious and juicy.
