Scallion Tofu

Fry the medium tofu in the pan until both sides become yellowish and remove.

Heat the frying pan and pour the corn oil into it. Stir-fry the green onions over high heat.

Add cherry tomatoes and stir-fry for a minute.

Add medium tofu, add a little salt, and stir-fry on high heat to collect the juice.

Add a little light soy sauce, stir fry over high heat to collect the juice.
