10. While waiting for the cake to cool, you can make peanut butter, and send the animal whipped cream over ice water to a non-flowing state.

11. After 90 grams of butter is softened, add 30 grams of powdered sugar and beat with a whisk until the hair is loose, the volume is enlarged, and the color becomes lighter.

12. Add 135 grams of smooth peanut butter (I ran out of smooth peanut butter, I used granular one), and continue to beat until fluffy.

13. Pour the whipped cream into the butter and continue to beat with a whisk until it becomes a stable cream, and the peanut butter is ready.

14. Cut the baked cake horizontally into two slices.

15. Take a slice of cake and spread a thick layer of peanut butter evenly on the surface.

16. Then cover with another piece of cake.

17. Spread the top and sides of the cake with peanut butter.

18. Sprinkle the remaining peanut sugar powder on the surface and sides of the cake, and it's done.
