Lotus Flower Roll

The flour is added with yeast powder to form a smooth dough and ferment to more than 2 times the size.

Knead well and exhaust.

Divide into small doughs.

Roll out the small dough into a pie shape and brush it with a little oil.

Fold it twice to 90 degrees.

Tips:
1. The amount of yeast powder can be added or subtracted according to room temperature.
2. The second time 饧 is very important. Only if the 饧 is good, the rolls made are delicious.
3. Brush a little oil before each folding.
