Lotus Leaf Glutinous Rice Pork Ribs

Wash the glutinous rice well, and soak in water for 40 minutes in a bowl.

Cut the ribs into small sections, rinse them with water to remove the blood, pick up and squeeze away the water.

Mix the southern milk sauce, hoisin sauce, spare rib sauce and fresh soy sauce into a sauce.

Pour the ribs and stir evenly.

Put the lotus leaf in a pot of boiling water and blanch it to cool, and divide it into several pieces according to the size of the lotus leaf.

South milk is actually a kind of juice similar to red bean curd. The main usage is to add flavor to the raw materials to be cooked, and to enhance the color and flavor of braised dishes. If you can’t buy southern milk, you can use red cube fermented bean curd or rose fermented bean curd to be crushed into a paste and add a small amount of water to adjust it. The taste is not much different from that of southern milk, but the price is much cheaper.
