Lotus Leaf Steamed Bun

Add yeast, sugar, and spinach juice to flour to form a firm dough

Ferment in a warm place for 1-2 hours

Fermented, take it out to exhaust and rub it up

Use a rolling pin to roll into a thick rectangular piece of about 5 mm, and then use a bowl to carve out a round piece of dough

Take a round dough and brush it with a layer of pastry or cooking oil

Fold it in half into a semicircle, and use a new comb to press out the meridians (don’t use combed hair)

Use your fingers to pinch out a small triangle in the middle, as a lotus leaf handle

Use a scraper to push out the ruffle
9.
Put out the steamer and steam the glutinous rice to double the size
10.
Steam on high heat for about 15 minutes
