I have eaten a similar risotto in a restaurant before. The taste is still unforgettable. However, the method of other large restaurants is more time-consuming and not suitable for making breakfast, so I improved it and turned it into a quick breakfast.

Cheese-flavored Shrimp Risotto

1. Wash the rice and cook into powder for later use

2. Boil the shrimp in hot water

3. Melt the butter in the pan

4. Add shrimp and stir fry

5. Then add the rice

6. Stir fry with a little salt

7. The fried rice is slightly softened, add spinach juice and stir fry

8. Add a little chicken essence

9. Then add the cheese powder

10. After mixing evenly, you can start the pot

11. Rather than taking great pains to match meals, it is better to treat yourself with a bowl of germ rice. A bowl of good rice is the best choice.

Tips:

Note: 1. It is best to soak the germ rice for 15 minutes when it is cooked
2. It is recommended that the water for cooking rice be slightly less than the usual rice
