Lotus Pork Ribs Soup (easy and Quick Version)

Ingredients: 500g ribs, 150g lotus seeds, and 1 piece of ginger;

Slice the ginger for use; take a 1500ml pot of water, add half of the ginger slices and a small plate of cooking wine, add the washed ribs and cook for 2 minutes to remove and wash;

Put the washed ribs and the remaining sliced ginger into the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker;
4.
Add the washed lotus seeds;
5.
Add in water and a small plate of cooking wine that just drank the ingredients; select the "meat ribs" mode for the pot;

Touch for 1 hour, then you can add salt and get out of the pot. After filling the bowl, sprinkle some chopped green onions, it is very flavorful~
Tips:
1. If there are no fresh lotus seeds, you can use dry ones. Soak them in clean water for 6 hours in advance.
2. Don't take too long when the pork ribs are boiling in the water. Basically pour the pork ribs and boil it for 30 seconds before they can be fished out;
3. You can put the chopped green onion or not. It depends on your personal taste. I like to put a little bit on it so that the taste is richer.
