Lotus Porridge

4 lotus petals, wash.

Cut into small pieces.

The amount of rock sugar.

Bring an appropriate amount of water to a boil.

2Put a handful of basmati rice, some rock sugar, simmer over medium and low heat.

Boil the rice until thick.
7.
Put the lotus in and cook for two minutes. Turn off the fire. The gorgeous color of the lotus disappears, and the porridge turns pale green.

Put a few slices of fresh lotus to decorate. Finished product.
