Lotus Root and Barley Bone Soup

The keel is blanched in a pot under cold water and then removed and washed

Peel the lotus root, wash and cut into pieces

Wash the barley kernels and set aside

Put all the ingredients in the pressure cooker

Add a little more water

Cover with a high-pressure lid and boil on high heat. Turn to medium heat and press for 30 to 50 minutes. The longer soup will be thicker.

Just add salt and season before it is out of the pot. This is the finished product of the pressure cooker for 30 minutes. The soup is relatively clear

This is the finished product in about 50 minutes. The soup is thicker, and I personally like the thicker 🤓
Tips:
The pressure cooker is pressed for a long time, the amount of water must be added more, and the bones must be cut in larger pieces.
