Lotus Root and Pig's Feet Soup.

The trotters are carefully dehaired to remove impurities, and washed with water.

Use a knife to cut two knives before and after the pig's feet and set aside.

Peel and wash the lotus root, cut into pieces with a hob, don't cut it with a knife, break it apart after cutting.

To avoid discoloration, put it in the water for later use.

Slice ginger and set aside.

Add water to the pot, put the trotters and ginger slices and cook for 30 minutes.

Put in the lotus root and simmer for about 1 hour, add a little salt to get out of the pot.
