Lotus Root and Pigtail Soup

Prepare the pigtail bone and lotus root.
2.
Wash pig tail bones, drain and put it in a casserole.
3.
Wash the lotus root and peel it off.
4.
Cut the clean lotus root into small pieces.
5.
Put the ginger into the casserole together with the bones, smash the ginger into pieces.
6.
Fill the casserole with water.
7.
Cover and bring to a boil on high heat, poke out foam, turn to low heat and simmer for one hour.
8.
Add appropriate amount of salt to eat after being out of the pan.
Tips:
1. When boiling lotus root, don't use iron pot to prevent lotus root from turning black.
2. After being out of the pot, put less salt in the soup, too salty will affect the deliciousness of the food itself.
