Tips:
1. The yam should be put in last, it is easy to boil and turn into mud when it is put early;
2. Add a few drops of vinegar when boiling the pork ribs soup, which can promote the better use of bone calcium;
3. The lotus root and yam are cut into pieces and soaked in vinegar water to prevent oxidation and blackening, and also make the soup whiter;
4. Iron pot is not suitable for stewing lotus root, otherwise the soup is easy to turn black. It is best to use a casserole.
