Lotus Root Black Bean Claypot Catfish Soup

Prepare the ingredients, cut the lean meat into pieces, peel the lotus root and cut into pieces.

Soak the black beans for 15-30 minutes.

Wash the catfish and cut it into sections (the maw has been cleaned).

Heat oil in a pot and fry the catfish for a while until it turns yellow.

Put all the ingredients in the pot, add appropriate amount of water, pour some cooking wine, cover the lid, boil on high heat and simmer for one and a half hours on low heat.

Tips:
If you are afraid of fishy, you can put 2 spoons of cooking wine.
