Lotus Root Chicken Soup

Cut the lotus root into large slices.

Prepare red dates, dendrobium, and ginger cut into 2 slices.

Put the chicken in a casserole of boiling water after blanching.

Add lotus root at the same time.

Add ginger and dendrobium at the same time. Bring to a boil on high heat, turn to medium and low heat for half an hour.

Then add the red dates. Mine is a big date, 4 is enough, if it is a small one, add more. Continue to boil for another hour.
7.
Finally, add salt and add coriander to enhance the flavor.
