Lotus Root Pork Bone Soup

Cut the pork bones into large pieces. (Let the master cut it when you can buy it)

After peeling the lotus root, cut into large pieces.

After the pork bones are blanched, put in the pot with lotus root and red dates, add water to a boil, and simmer for two hours.

The stewed soup is seasoned with a little salt.
