This soup tastes like my mother. I used to make it by my mother. Now I have learned to make it by myself. It's not bad.

Lotus Root Pork Ribs Soup

1. Ready lotus root

2. Spare Ribs Segmentation

3. Red dates pitted

4. Lotus root scraped and peeled

5. Thick slices of lotus root

6. Pork ribs blanched for 10 minutes

7. Pick it up and rinse off the foam with clean water

8. Put water in the soup pot, first boil lotus root, red dates and peel

9. Stir-fry the blanched ribs and sauté

10. Put the fried pork ribs in the soup pot and simmer the lotus root together for about 30 minutes

11. The fragrant lotus root ribs soup is just fine

Tips:

You need to fry the ribs, the soup is only fragrant
