Lotus Root Pork Ribs Soup

Peel the lotus root and cut into pieces, wash the ribs, and soak the eyebrow beans.

The ribs are blanched to remove blood stains, and then washed and set aside.

Put the lotus root and black-eyed peas in the pot.

Put two candied dates to make the soup sweeter. Don't put it if you don't like it.
5.
Put the blanched ribs into the pot.

Add enough water.

Close the lid and activate the soup button.

After the soup is cooked, add salt to taste according to your own taste.
Tips:
1. I personally think that this kind of soup can be seasoned with salt according to your own taste.
2. Avoid using ironware when cooking lotus root, which can easily cause food to turn black.
3. Because my soup basically puts very little salt or no salt at all, the soup contains candied dates in order to make the soup more sweet.
