Lotus Root Pork Ribs Soup

Prepare ingredients: lotus root, ribs.

After washing the ribs, blanch them in boiling water and remove the water to drain.
3.
Peel the lotus root and cut into round slices.
4.
Boil another pot of water in the pot, and pour the ribs into the pot after the water is boiled.
5.
Add a few slices of ginger.
6.
Pour in the sliced lotus root and simmer over medium heat until the ribs are tender.
7.
Turn off the heat and add a tablespoon of salt.
Tips:
1. The ribs should be blanched to scald the blood inside and then re-cook the soup to make the soup cleaner.
2. For a very rich soup, just add salt, and both oil and MSG can be omitted.
