Lotus Root Pork Ribs Soup

Chop ribs into small pieces, wash and drain.

The lotus root is split into irregular pieces.

Pour oil in the pan, explode the ginger slices, pour in the ribs and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the color changes and no blood overflows.

Transfer to a casserole, pour in water, and bring to a boil on high heat.

Skim off the foam; simmer for 60 minutes.

Add the lotus root and simmer for 30 minutes.
8.
Add salt to adjust the flavor, simmer for 30 minutes, sprinkle with pepper, and put it in a bowl for use.
