Lotus Root Salad

1. Slice the lotus root, cut the burdock into long pieces, and soak in water.

2. Pour a teaspoon of vinegar (outside the serving size) in boiling water, add burdock and cook for one minute, then add lotus root and cook for one minute. Turn off the fire and wait to cool (in the water).

3. When it is cool, remove, add seasoning, and stir well.
