Lotus Root Spine Soup
1.
Prepare ingredients
2.
Wash the pork spine and place it in a pot of boiling water and blanch it for a while
3.
After blanching, pour out the water and put it in an electric pressure cooker together with the sliced lotus root and ginger slices. Pour boiling water to cover the ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
4.
After the pressure of the pressure cooker is completely reduced, open the lid, add the spine, lotus root and a little soup to the wok, add salt and white pepper, and simmer for a few minutes. When the soup becomes less, pour all the soup, and then consider it as salty. In light cases, add or not add salt as appropriate. (The purpose of this is to make the meat and lotus root taste better, and to ensure that the soup is delicious)
5.
Just serve and sprinkle with chopped green onion. (Photos under the night light, don’t mind)
