Lotus Root Stew

Buy the right amount of lotus root and elbow meat from the market, wash, peel off the lotus root, and cut into large pieces

Put the lotus root and elbow meat into the pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water. Bring to the stove, boil on high heat, change to low heat and simmer after boiling
