Lotus Seed and Lily Glutinous Rice Porridge

Ingredients: 50g lotus seeds, 10g lily, 50g glutinous rice, 25g millet, 10 medlar, 1 rock sugar;

Wash the above ingredients with clean water, add an appropriate amount of water, and soak in the refrigerator for 5-12 hours;

After taking out the ingredients, rinse them with clean water, pour them into the pot, and add 700ml of water;
