Lotus Seed and Tremella Soup

Prepare the required materials;

Soak the white fungus in warm water, then remove the yellow part underneath and break it into small flowers;

Rinse the red dates, wolfberry, and white fungus with clean water, then pour it into the rice cooker, and then add enough water at a time, not over the white fungus, but not exceeding the highest mark;
4.
Choose the soup mode and cook for about one and a half hours, then pour in wolfberry and rock sugar and cook for another half an hour.
Tips:
1. The amount of rock sugar can be adjusted according to your taste;
2. When choosing dry white fungus, don't choose very white ones. Such white fungus may be smoked with sulfur;
