Lotus Seed and Winter Melon Pork Rib Soup

The lotus seeds should be soaked 2 hours in advance to prepare the ingredients

Poke the ribs and fish out

Put the poked ribs into the casserole and put the lotus seeds

Add water and ginger to a boil

Slowly simmer over a low fire until the ribs soup becomes a white thick soup

Tips:
