Lotus Seed Corn Rice

Prepare materials. Lotus seeds need to be soaked in advance

Take an electric rice cooker, throw in washed rice and water, the amount of water is 1:1

Put lotus seeds and corn

Cook for about 1 hour, turn the rice cooker to keep warm, beat the cooked rice with chopsticks, and let it simmer for another 10 minutes
Tips:
The cooking time of my rice cooker is 45 minutes to 60 minutes
