Lotus Seed Crystal Cake

Blanch the noodles with boiling water.

Add lard, sugar and cover to make it stuffy.
3.
Knead the glutinous rice ball noodles with water.
4.
Knead the hot noodles evenly.
5.
Knead the glutinous rice ball noodles and the cheng noodles together.

The kneaded dough is shown in the picture.
7.
Wrap the dough into the lotus seed paste and make the small balls as shown in the picture below.
8.
Put the balls into the mold to compact them, and buckle them out.
9.
Place them neatly into the steaming grid and steam on high heat for 5 minutes.
10.
Brush the steamed crystal cake with oil.
11.
Glue the bottom of the oiled crystal cake with coconut paste and place it on the plate.
