Lotus Seed Milk Paste
1.
Prepare ingredients: 60 grams of sun-dried coreless lotus seeds, 200 milliliters of milk, and 40 grams of granulated sugar.
2.
Put the dried lotus seeds into the grinding and powdering cup of the wall breaker for powdering.
3.
Select the grinding program to start, and the grinding time is 4 minutes.
4.
After grinding, pour out the fine lotus seed powder.
5.
Add 150 ml of purified water and stir to form a lotus seed paste.
6.
Add 40 grams of sugar to 200 ml of pure milk and bring to a boil.
7.
Slowly pour the lotus seed paste into the pot and stir constantly.
8.
Cook until the milk paste appears thick and the pattern can be drawn, then turn off the heat.
Tips:
The lotus seeds used for powdering must be dried first. If you use fresh lotus seeds to make lotus milk paste for more people, it is recommended to add milk and clean water to the fresh lotus seeds after removing the core, and use the rice paste program of the all-steel hot drink cup of the wall breaker to make directly. For a small serving, you can use dried lotus seeds to powder and cook in a milk pot.
