Love Cheese Biscuits
1.
Prepare all the ingredients, let the butter and cheese soften at room temperature
2.
Put the butter and cheese into the egg beater, beat with an electric whisk until it is smooth and creamy (the cheese will not be softened, there will be particles, you can sit in the warm water basin to beat it)
3.
Add powdered sugar
4.
Hit to bulge
5.
Sift in low-gluten flour, add salt
6.
Use a rubber spatula to mix into dry powder
7.
Take one third to another egg-beater bowl and add about 3 grams of red yeast rice powder. Add hazelnuts to the other bowl. The hazelnuts can be left a little on the surface
8.
Put on food gloves and knead the dough in both basins until even
9.
Take out the red dough and roll it into thick slices. The thickness can be determined according to the height of your own biscuit mold. Use a love mold to make a love heart.
10.
The pressed hearts are stacked together, and a thin layer of egg yolk is applied in the middle to bond
11.
Take out the dough with chopped hazelnuts, cover with a layer of plastic wrap, and roll out into 0.5 cm thick slices
12.
Turn the dough over with the plastic wrap, cut off both ends, brush with a layer of egg yolk liquid on the surface, and roll it up from one end to the other. The beginning of the roll is facing the heart-shaped recess and the interface Is also there, so that the recessed place is filled up
13.
When rolling, especially the joints should be rolled tightly. Do not use too much force. It will deform the heart shape. After rolling, wrap it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to freeze until hard, about 20 minutes.
14.
Frozen and sliced, 0.3-0.5 cm thick
15.
Cut it and place it on a baking tray, and brush with a thin layer of egg yolk around the sides
16.
Sprinkle a layer of chopped hazelnuts, and then use a brush to gently brush off the chopped hazelnuts in the middle of the love part, (according to personal preference to decide whether to sprinkle hazelnuts), put it into the middle of the preheated oven, and bake at 180 degrees up and down for 20 Minutes
Tips:
Wearing gloves to mix the dough is for better mixing. Low room temperature is better for operation. If the temperature is high, the butter can melt in the refrigerator for a few minutes before continuing to mix.
