Love Lemon Curd at First Sight

The lemon uses salt to wash off the wax on the epidermis. You can brush it vigorously with a clean toothbrush. It's really dirty.

Use one or two lemons to wipe out the lemon zest and put them in a large bowl.

Squeeze the lemon into about 120ml of lemon juice.

Pour into a bowl with lemon zest.

Add eggs and vanilla extract to the lemon juice.

Add sugar.

Whisk evenly with a whisk.

Heat over water and keep stirring until thick.

Add the butter and continue to stir.

Stir until the butter and liquid are completely fused and smooth.

After the temperature is cooled, put it into an oil-free and water-free bottle. This recipe can produce about 250-300ml of lemon curd.
