Love Poached Egg

Prepare the ingredients (I used native eggs)

Cut in the middle, don't cut it off, as shown in the picture

As shown in the picture, make it into a heart shape and fix it with a toothpick (the ham sausage I bought can be made without boiling, saving many steps)

Put less than oil in the pan and less than salt to fry it, then put in the ham, and finally beat in the eggs. Slowly fry on a low fire to set the shape.

Fry it and put it on the plate, (if you don’t like to eat too tender egg yolk, just turn over and continue to fry)
