Love Tofu

The amount can be selected according to the number of people.

The minced ginger (1 tablespoon of oil is cooked over a low heat), put into a bowl, add sugar, oily chili, fermented bean curd (to thin with a spoon), and MSG, mix together, make a sauce, and set aside.

Cut the big spicy seeds into circles and set aside (eat raw). Cut the tofu into cubes.
