Low-calorie Yogurt

Soak the soybeans for half a day in advance, until the beans become bigger

Put the soaked beans into the soymilk machine, add 800ml of water to make soymilk
3.
Pour 200ml of milk into the soy milk, cool to about 30°C, add the fermenting bacteria and stir evenly
4.
Put the prepared soy milk into the bread machine and select the yogurt function
Tips:
The ground soy milk may have a little okara, but it’s okay. It’s a good thing. If you don’t like it, you can filter it. I think it tastes better.
