Today I made a low-fat and healthy oatmeal biscuits for my dad, which is simple and quick with zero failure. Although there is very little sugar, it tastes very sweet due to the addition of coconut paste.
I used the recipe from Mr. Nakajima’s "Creative Biscuits". There was no cane sugar, so I replaced it with brown sugar.

Low-fat Quick Oatmeal Cookies

1. Prepare all ingredients

2. Put the oatmeal, coconut, low flour, whole wheat flour, brown sugar and salt in a basin.

3. Mix the ingredients evenly with your hands like washing rice.

4. Add two tablespoons of cooking oil

5. Stir in the same way until there is no obvious lumps

6. Add water and mix gently to form a dough

7. Divide the dough into 15 g portions and round slightly.

8. Place it on the circle of the macaron pad and squeeze it slightly with your hands.

9. Make all the biscuit doughs one by one.

10. Preheat the oven and bake at 160 degrees for 25 minutes. After baking, put it on the drying net and let cool.

Tips:

1. Brown sugar can be replaced with other sugars.
2. The size of the biscuits is according to your preference, but the size and thickness must be the same, so that the color of the baked biscuits will be consistent. With macarons, you can easily make the size and thickness of the biscuit consistent.
3. Please adjust the oven temperature and baking time appropriately according to your own oven conditions.
