Low Oil and Healthier: Fried Pleurotus Eryngii with Laba Garlic

Wash and slice the eryngii mushrooms, put them on a saucepan, and heat them over medium heat.

Fry until the pleurotus eryngii is soft and slightly charred on both sides. Pour in a little light soy sauce.

Pour the laba garlic slices and stir fry.

Pour in Laba Garlic Vinegar and a little sugar, stir fry and just take it out of the pan.
Tips:
Pleurotus eryngii slices are fried in a non-stick frying pan without putting them in the pan. If it is a wok, you can put a little oil.
Usually it is delicious with oyster sauce and sugar when it is fried like this, or it can be fried with black peppercorns.
