Low-sugar and Butter-free Biscuits

All the ingredients are ready for later use.

Prepare a clean, oil- and water-free container, and add an egg.

Add caster sugar to the eggs, continue to stir and add salt.

Sift in the prepared low-gluten flour.

Knead into a dough, then cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Roll the kneaded dough into thin slices.

Use a cartoon mold to make an impression, spread a piece of greased paper on the baking tray, and place the printed cartoon biscuits in the baking tray. (Smear some flour on the mold)

Heat the oven up and down at 170 degrees, place the baking tray on the middle level and bake for 10 minutes.
