Low-sugar Black Sesame Salty Cake

Add sesame oil to salad oil and mix well, then add water and mix until water and oil emulsify.

Add the sifted flour and black sesame powder and mix well.

Add egg yolk, sesame paste and mix well.

Preheat the oven at 160 degrees. Put the egg whites into the basin, add sugar and tartar powder.

Dispense to dry foam that is straight and sharp corners.

Take 1/3 of the egg white paste and the egg yolk paste, mix well, then pour back into the egg white paste and mix well.

Pour into a 6-inch cake tin, smooth the surface and sprinkle a little sesame on the pan, and put it in a 160 degree preheated oven. First 160 degrees for 20 minutes, and then 150 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Tips:
