Lucky and Ruyi: Eight Treasures Rice (no Oil Version)

Ingredients: black rice, fresh lily, red kidney beans, corn kernels, lotus seeds, red dates, peas, pine nuts, raisins, hawthorn cake Flavoring: sugar, honey

Soak the black rice, miscellaneous beans, and lotus seeds for more than 4 hours, soak the red dates and raisins for half an hour, and drain the water.

Remove the core of the lotus seeds.

Touch a layer of honey on the bottom of the bowl.

Spread black rice and lay a layer of beans.

Spread another layer of black rice and compact until it is full.

Steam in a steamer, and make honey beans with rock sugar and appropriate amount of water for the remaining beans.

Steam the black rice until cooked.

Put a little water in a pot on the fire to heat up, stir-fry the honey into a viscous state, add the steamed black rice and stir well. When it is warm, put it into a bowl and compact.

Take another small bowl and put the hawthorn sticks into the shape.

Deduct it into the disk for later use.

Place a pot on the fire, stir-fry the sugar with water, add raisins, peas, corn kernels, and honey beans and stir-fry well.
13.
Put the sweetener into the plate, and pour the sugar juice on the eight-treasure rice.
