Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water.

Because it is a Chinese New Year pig, the clothes should be red. Take a very small amount of dough and add bamboo charcoal powder to knead it into black dough and make eyes. The remaining white dough is also made of pig eyes. Divide the pink dough into 3 pieces of 27 grams for pig heads, 3 pieces of 12 grams for pig body, and the rest for pig feet, pig hands, pig nose and pig ears. The unprocessed dough must be covered with plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out.
