Lucky Pig Hand

Prepare ingredients: pork knuckles, rock sugar, Zhu Hou sauce, yellow old wine, southern milk. (Wash the pig's hands, chop and shave the fine hairs on the pig's hands)

Boil a pot of water, put down the ginger slices and tangerine peel, and add a tablespoon of salt.

Mix the compound sauce: mix 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce. (Hereinafter referred to as compound sauce)

Pour yellow old wine.

Add enough water to boil, cover the pot and simmer on medium heat for 80 minutes. (The amount of water about 5 rice bowls)

Tips:
Keep the pork knuckles crisp and crisp with cold water, and then shovel it up after a little bit of the stewed dry soup. If there is no yellow wine, you can substitute ordinary rice wine, or Shaoxing wine.
