Peel and wash winter melon with a knife, remove seeds and cut into pieces, wash pumpkin, remove seeds and cut into pieces for later use

Soak the vermicelli in boiling water for later use

Tofu cut into pieces and set aside

Wash the gluten balls, wash the tofu skin and cut into strips for later use

Put more sesame oil in the pot. When the oil is seven minutes hot, add the pepper, star anise, cinnamon and minced ginger. After frying it, remove all these seasonings with a colander.

Add appropriate amount of salt, stir and fry evenly, then it can be out
Tips:
The ingredients are relatively rich and the process is a bit cumbersome, but the heat is well mastered, and the most important thing is patience.
